Scale
- 1 package (9 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style for extra flavor)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Place the flour in a third bowl.
- Coat each frozen ravioli by first dipping it into the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each ravioli is fully covered.
- Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. (You may need to work in batches.)
- Air fry the ravioli for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen ravioli for this recipe. Frozen works best as it holds its shape better during cooking.
- For extra flavor, try adding some crushed red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture for a bit of spice.
