Description

These crispy, golden-brown bites are stuffed with cheese and packed with flavor, making them a perfect appetizer or snack. The air fryer makes them quick and easy to prepare, with a crunchy coating and melty cheese inside. Serve with marinara for dipping!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 package (9 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Place the flour in a third bowl.
  • Coat each frozen ravioli by first dipping it into the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each ravioli is fully covered.
  • Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. (You may need to work in batches.)
  • Air fry the ravioli for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use fresh or frozen ravioli for this recipe. Frozen works best as it holds its shape better during cooking.
  • For extra flavor, try adding some crushed red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture for a bit of spice.
