Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup dried fruit (such as chopped apricots, raisins, or cranberries – unsweetened)
  • 1 cup whole grain cereal puffs (or rice cereal puffs)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (optional, or substitute with sunflower seeds if preferred)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dried banana chips, broken into small pieces

  • Optional: 2 tablespoons finely shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all the dried fruits, cereal puffs, seeds, and banana chips.
  • Portion Out: Stir gently until well mixed. Portion into small, toddler-friendly snack bags or airtight containers.
