  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the croissants lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gently fold it into the whipped cream until combined.
  4. Fill each croissant with the cream mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Top the cream with a generous amount of fresh berries.
  6. Optionally drizzle with honey and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
