This Big Mac Pizza combines all the flavors of the iconic burger in a crispy, cheesy pizza form! With a golden crust, seasoned ground beef, melted American cheese, fresh lettuce, pickles, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing, this pizza is the perfect twist on a fast-food favorite.

  • 1 pound prepared fresh pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup small diced yellow onion, divided (3/4 cup for beef, 1/4 cup for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded yellow American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/3 cup hamburger sliced dill pickles, patted dry
  • 1/3 cup bottled Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Lightly spray a 15-16 inch round pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Prepare the dough: Roll or stretch the fresh pizza dough to 14 inches and place it on the pan. Use a fork to poke holes across the surface, leaving a ½-inch border.
  • Par-bake the crust: Brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool while preparing the toppings.
  • Cook the beef mixture: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the remaining olive oil, ground beef, ¾ cup diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Assemble the pizza: Spread the beef evenly over the par-baked crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle shredded American cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake again: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 7-11 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden.
  • Add final toppings: Sprinkle shredded lettuce, the remaining onions, and pickle slices over the pizza. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing and garnish with sesame seeds.
  • Slice & Serve: Cut into 8 slices and enjoy!
