Description

A delicious twist on the classic Big Mac—enjoy all the iconic flavors of the original burger, but wrapped in a soft tortilla. This copycat recipe features juicy, seasoned ground beef, crisp shredded lettuce, tangy pickles, and a creamy Big Mac sauce, making it the perfect meal on the go.

Ingredients

For the Beef:
• 1 lb Ground Beef (85/15)
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

For the Wraps:
• 4 Flour Tortillas (6-inch)
• 1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce
• 1/4 cup Sliced Onions
• 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Slices
• 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

For the Big Mac Sauce:
• 1 cup Mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup French Dressing
• 2 Tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
• 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Paprika
• 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink, breaking it up into small pieces. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Season: Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Stir well to combine.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay the tortillas on a clean working surface. Divide the beef mixture evenly (¼ of the mixture per tortilla) and layer on each tortilla along with shredded lettuce, sliced onions, dill pickle slices, and shredded cheddar cheese. Drizzle generously with the Big Mac sauce.
  • Fold & Serve: Fold each tortilla tightly to form a wrap and serve immediately.

Notes

For a healthier version, substitute ground turkey or chicken.
• Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days; store the sauce separately to prevent sogginess.
