Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the cheesecake pudding mix and vanilla yogurt. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the fruits: strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

  • You can substitute or add other fruits like kiwi, mango, or raspberries.
  • Make sure all fruits are well-drained to avoid watering down the dressing.
  • Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture.
