2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

3. In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with melted butter, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt (if using).

4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly in the baking dish.

5. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

6. Remove from the oven, add the sliced smoked sausage, and stir to combine.

7. Continue baking for another 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.

8. Remove from the oven and stir in the sour cream.

9. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!

Notes

– For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes after adding the cheese.

– Use any type of smoked sausage, such as kielbasa or andouille, for a different flavor.

– Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
