A refreshing homemade version of Chick-fil-A’s famous lemonade! Made with just three simple ingredients, this tangy and sweet drink is perfect for hot days and family gatherings.

 

Ingredients

– 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6-8 lemons)

– 1/2 to 3/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

– 5 cups cold water

– Ice cubes (for serving)

Instructions

1. Juice the lemons until you have 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.

2. In a pitcher, add the sugar and 1 cup of warm water. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

3. Add the fresh lemon juice and the remaining 4 cups of cold water. Stir well.

4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.

5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

6. Serve over ice and enjoy!

 

Notes

For the most authentic taste, use Meyer lemons and pure cane sugar. If you prefer a lower-calorie version, substitute sugar with a sugar alternative like Stevia or honey.
