A soothing herbal tea infused with warm cinnamon and complementary natural ingredients, designed to help ease sore throat discomfort while offering a comforting, aromatic experience.

 

Ingredients

• 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon)

• 1 cup water

• 2 slices fresh ginger (optional)

• 1-2 teaspoons honey

• Juice of 1/2 lemon

• (Optional) A pinch of ground cloves or turmeric for extra warmth

Instructions

1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan.

2. Add the cinnamon stick and ginger slices (if using) to the boiling water.

3. Reduce heat and let simmer for 8-10 minutes to extract the flavors.

4. Remove from heat and strain the tea into a cup.

5. Stir in honey and lemon juice until well combined.
