  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup cookie butter (such as Biscoff)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies (for topping)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare Strawberries: Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the tops and hollow out the centers using a small spoon or paring knife.
  • Make Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, cookie butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
