- 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies (for topping)
- Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Strawberries: Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the tops and hollow out the centers using a small spoon or paring knife.
- Make Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, cookie butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Fill the Strawberries: Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into the hollowed strawberries.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies and add whipped cream if desired.
- Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
