Ingredients

– 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– 1/4 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– Salt and pepper to taste

**For the Lemon Butter Sauce:**

– 2 tablespoons melted butter

– 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. **Prepare the Biscuit Dough:**

– Follow the instructions on the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix package, adding garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the dry mix before combining with wet ingredients. Set aside.

 

2. **Prepare the Crab Filling:**

– In a bowl, gently mix together the crab meat, paprika, onion powder, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Adjust mayonnaise to achieve desired consistency.

 

3. **Assemble the Biscuits:**

– Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease two muffin tins with non-stick spray.
