– 2 medium zucchinis, cut into fries
– 1 large egg, lightly beaten
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
