A playful and decadent dessert that fuses nostalgic s’mores flavors with Italian-inspired pasta. These crispy ravioli, filled with a sweet marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker blend, are deep-fried to golden perfection and served with a rich, velvety chocolate dipping sauce.

Ingredients

For the Ravioli:

– 10 wonton wrappers (or homemade pasta dough cut into squares)

– 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows (chopped)

– 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

– 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

– 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

For the Chocolate Dipping Sauce:

– 1/2 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

– 1 tbsp unsalted butter

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine marshmallow fluff, chopped mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.

2. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush the edges with beaten egg and fold into a ravioli shape, pressing firmly to seal.

3. In a deep-fryer or heavy saucepan, heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Fry the ravioli in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

4. For the dipping sauce, heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add dark chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.

5. Serve the warm ravioli immediately with the chocolate dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

– Work quickly when assembling to prevent the filling from oozing out.

– You can chill the assembled ravioli for 10-15 minutes before frying for easier sealing.

– Adjust the filling ingredients to taste, balancing sweetness and texture.

– Serve immediately for the best texture; reheating may compromise crispness.
