Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large block of Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of Rotel tomatoes with chilies
  • 2.25 lbs ground beef
  • 1 box of bowtie noodles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crockpot Base
    • Set your crockpot to high heat.
    • Add Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes.
    • Cover and let the mixture begin to melt while preparing the beef.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef
    • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
    • Drain any excess grease.
  3. Combine in the Crockpot
    • Add the cooked ground beef to the crockpot.
    • Stir well, then cover and cook on high for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure everything melts evenly.
  4. Cook the Noodles
    • About 15 minutes before the crockpot mixture is ready, boil the bowtie noodles according to the package instructions.
    • Drain the noodles once cooked.
  5. Combine and Serve
    • Add the cooked noodles to the crockpot and stir to combine.
    • Let it sit for a few minutes to ensure the noodles are heated through.
    • Serve warm in bowls or plates.

Notes

  • Extra cheesy? Sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on top before serving.
  • Add a kick! Mix in some hot sauce or chili powder for extra spice.
  • More texture? Toss in cooked mushrooms or bell peppers for added flavor.
  • Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
