These easy frozen strawberry yogurt clusters are a delicious and refreshing snack made with juicy strawberries, creamy yogurt, and a touch of honey. Perfect for a healthy treat on a hot day!
– 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
– 1 cup Greek yogurt
– 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup granola (optional)
– 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate (for drizzle, optional)
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, forming small clusters.
4. If using granola, sprinkle some on top of each cluster for added crunch.
5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
6. If desired, drizzle with melted dark chocolate and return to the freezer for another 10 minutes.
7. Enjoy straight from the freezer! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
