Description

This Easy No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake is a classic dessert made with crunchy biscuits coated in a rich chocolate sauce. It requires no oven and comes together quickly, making it perfect for any occasion. This simple yet indulgent treat is loved by kids and adults alike!


Ingredients

  • 250g digestive biscuits (or tea biscuits)
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 200g dark chocolate (or semi-sweet)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (50g) sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Break the biscuits into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate together.
  • Add the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the broken biscuits and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a lined cake pan or loaf tin, pressing it down firmly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
  • Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!

Notes

You can add chopped nuts, dried fruits, or crushed candy for extra texture.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

For a firmer texture, freeze for 1 hour before serving.
