– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into cubes
– 1 1/2 cups long grain white rice, rinsed
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots (optional)
– Chopped green onions for garnish
1. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear and place it into the rice cooker.
