Fluffernutter Pie is a no‐bake, ultra-creamy dessert that brings together the classic flavors of creamy peanut butter and marshmallow fluff. This nostalgic treat features a crunchy, buttery graham cracker crust filled with a rich, whipped mixture of peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, cream cheese, and whipped cream. It’s perfect for picnics, potlucks, or whenever you’re craving a sweet, comforting slice of Americana.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled

For the Topping (Optional):

 

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Chopped peanuts or a drizzle of chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
    In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

  • Make the Filling:
    In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, and continue beating until fully incorporated. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture until the filling is light and fluffy.

  • Assemble the Pie:
    Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Optionally, top with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of chopped peanuts, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

 

  • Chill and Serve:
    Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm. Slice and serve chilled.
