Description

These Garlic Cheeseburger Bites are the perfect party appetizer or snack. Loaded with juicy beef, melted cheese, and a garlicky twist, they’re easy to make and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for garlic sauce)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for garlic sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small bite-sized meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Return the meatballs to the skillet, and pour the garlic butter sauce over the top. Toss to coat the meatballs in the garlic butter.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each meatball and cover the skillet. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use other cheeses, such as gouda or Swiss, for a different flavor.
  • If you want a bit of heat, try adding a dash of hot sauce to the garlic butter.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup or ranch dressing.
