- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 package mini tart shells (or you can make your own)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, condensed milk, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the mini tart shells.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the filling is set.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

- You can use store-bought mini tart shells for convenience or make your own.
