Description

These bite-sized treats are the perfect combination of rich, chocolatey goodness and crunchy pecans. Ideal for any occasion, they’re a must-try for dessert lovers!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 package mini tart shells (or you can make your own)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, condensed milk, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly into the mini tart shells.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the filling is set.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

  • You can use store-bought mini tart shells for convenience or make your own.
