– 3 tablespoons honey

– 3 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

**For the Garlic Butter Rice:**

– 1 cup jasmine rice

– 2 cups chicken broth (or water)

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

– 3 garlic cloves, minced

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

**Prepare the Garlic Butter Rice:**

1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Add the rice and stir to coat it with the garlic butter.

4. Pour in the chicken broth, add salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.

5. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.

6. Fluff with a fork and set aside.

**Prepare the Honey Garlic Salmon & Shrimp:**

1. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same pan, add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

5. Pour the honey garlic sauce into the pan and let it simmer for 2 minutes until thickened.

6. Return the salmon to the pan, spooning the sauce over it.

7. Serve the salmon and shrimp over the garlic butter rice, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon and shrimp in the honey garlic sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust spice levels by adding more or less red pepper flakes. Serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
