1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

Zest of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Wings:
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.
  • Make the Glaze:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and lemon zest.
  • Coat the Wings:
  • Brush the wings generously with the honey lemon glaze, reserving some for later.
  • Bake the Wings:
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through and brushing with more glaze.
  • Garnish and Serve:
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with extra glaze on the side for dipping.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
