Ingredients

  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sausage
  • Green Onions
  • Crescent Roll Dough
  • Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Remove from heat and drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  • Spoon the sausage and cheese mixture into the center of each crescent triangle and fold over, pinching the edges to seal.
  • Place the assembled bites on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can freeze these before baking. Simply assemble them and store in a freezer-safe container. Bake directly from the freezer for an extra 5 minutes.
  • If you want a bit of heat, add some red pepper flakes to the filling mixture.
