- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 green onion, finely chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Toasted bread, crackers, or tortilla chips (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, Parmesan, lemon juice, Old Bay, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth.
- Add Crab Meat: Gently fold in the crab meat, keeping some chunks intact for texture.
- Bake: Transfer to the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with chopped green onion and parsley. Serve warm with toasted bread or crackers.

- For an extra cheesy dip, top with more cheddar before baking.
