Ingredients

**For the Chicken:**

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

**For the Pasta and Veggies:**

– 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli

– 1 zucchini, sliced

– 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 cup chicken broth

– Juice of 1 lemon

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

1. **Prepare the Chicken:**

– Season both sides of the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

– In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

 

2. **Cook the Ravioli:**

– Cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

 

3. **Sauté the Vegetables:**

– In the same skillet, add butter over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

– Add sliced zucchini and corn kernels to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.

 

4. **Prepare the Sauce:**

– Pour chicken broth and lemon juice into the skillet with the vegetables. Bring to a simmer and let it reduce slightly, about 3-4 minutes.

– Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.

 

5. **Combine and Serve:**

– Slice the cooked chicken into strips.

– Add the drained ravioli to the skillet, gently tossing to combine with the sauce and vegetables.

– Arrange the sliced chicken on top.

– Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
