Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breast is a juicy, tender chicken dish with a rich and flavorful coating that melts in your mouth. It’s baked to perfection with a buttery, cheesy crust that’s irresistible and simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup (120g) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (30g) bread crumbs (optional for extra crunch)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and brush each piece with the mayonnaise mixture, covering them evenly.
  4. If using, sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of the chicken for extra crunch.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the chicken for extra flavor.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • You can use sour cream instead of mayonnaise for a slightly tangy flavor.
  • For added flavor, sprinkle some fresh parsley or basil over the chicken before serving.
