Tender chicken breasts stuffed with melted mozzarella and tangy ranch seasoning, then wrapped in crispy bacon for a delicious, savory bite.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to slice all the way through.
  3. Stuff each chicken breast with mozzarella cheese and a tablespoon of ranch seasoning mix. Seal the opening with toothpicks.
  4. Season the outside of the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until the bacon is crispy and golden.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, discard the toothpicks, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle some additional ranch seasoning on top before baking.
  • Serve with a side of vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
  • You can also use chicken thighs instead of breasts for a juicier option.
