For the Brownie Base:

2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos, filling removed)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:

1 cup white chocolate, melted

Pink food coloring

Valentine’s sprinkles

Instructions

  • Prepare the Brownie Base:
  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cookie crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
  • Stir in the melted butter, melted chocolate chips, milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined. The mixture should be thick and dough-like.
  • Press the brownie mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Chill & Cut Into Hearts:
  • Refrigerate the brownies for at least 1 hour to set.
  • Once firm, remove from the pan and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out brownie hearts.
  • Decorate:
  • Melt the white chocolate and stir in a few drops of pink food coloring until evenly colored.
  • Drizzle the pink chocolate over the brownie hearts.
  • Sprinkle with festive Valentine’s sprinkles while the drizzle is still wet.
  • Chill & Serve:
  • Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free chocolate cookies.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

If you don’t have a heart-shaped cookie cutter, you can cut the brownies into squares or use any other shape.
