Ingredients

**For the Pancakes:**

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1/4 cup cocoa powder

• 2 tablespoons sugar

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup buttermilk

• 1/2 cup milk

• 1 large egg

• 2 tablespoons melted butter

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 8 Oreo cookies, crushed

**For the Cream Cheese Drizzle:**

• 4 oz cream cheese, softened

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

• 2 tablespoons milk

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk the buttermilk, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.

4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.

5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.

6. In a small bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

7. Drizzle the cream cheese mixture over the pancakes and serve warm. Enjoy!
