Oven-Baked Chicken Wings are a healthier alternative to fried wings, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Perfectly seasoned and baked to perfection, these wings are ideal for a party snack or a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 chicken wings, tips removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Make sure the wings are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each wing for even cooking.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
  • Feel free to adjust the seasoning to suit your taste. You can add some BBQ sauce or hot sauce for a different flavor.
  • Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
