Savory, cheesy, and bursting with garlic flavor, these Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls are a perfect appetizer or snack. Made with store-bought pizza dough, marinara sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and fresh garlic, each roll delivers a satisfying crunch and melty center. Ideal for parties or a cozy night in!

Ingredients

For the Dough and Filling:
• 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought, thawed)
• 1 cup marinara sauce
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional Garnish:
• Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12×16-inch rectangle. Brush the entire surface with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with the minced garlic.
  • Add the Fillings: Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small border (about ½ inch) on all sides. Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the sauce. Sprinkle the dried oregano, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll Up: Starting from the longer side, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
  • Slice: Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 1-inch thick slices and arrange them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh basil (if using), and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra touch of flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic.
• If you prefer a crispier exterior, brush a little more olive oil on the rolls before baking.
• These rolls are best enjoyed fresh from the oven but can be reheated in a 350°F oven for a few minutes.
