– 1 box butter pecan cake mix
– 1 cup milk
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 4 large eggs
– 1 container coconut pecan frosting (for batter)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup chopped pecans
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the butter pecan cake mix, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, coconut pecan frosting, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
