Pizza Pull-Apart Bread is a cheesy, flavorful appetizer perfect for pizza lovers. With layers of garlic butter, mozzarella, and marinara sauce, this dish is easy to share and a great addition to any party or gathering!
– 1 loaf of round sourdough bread
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp dried basil
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or other desired toppings)
– 1/4 cup marinara sauce
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice the loaf of bread in a grid-like pattern, making sure not to cut all the way through the bottom.
3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
4. Brush the garlic butter mixture between the slices of bread.
5. Stuff the shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices into the cuts of the bread.
6. Drizzle the marinara sauce over the top of the bread.
7. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
8. Unwrap the bread and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
