- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn into pieces
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced (or 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Base: Place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
- Layer Toppings: Arrange tomato slices evenly over the naan, then distribute the mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
