A creative twist on the classic campfire treat, S’mores Sushi rolls combine gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers in a fun, bite-sized dessert. Perfect for parties, kids, and s’mores lovers alike!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add mini marshmallows. Stir until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispies cereal and crushed graham crackers until fully combined.
  • Place the mixture onto parchment paper and flatten into a rectangle using a rolling pin.
  • Spread melted chocolate over the surface.
  • Line up large marshmallows along one edge and carefully roll the mixture into a log, sushi-style, using the parchment paper to help shape it.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set.
  • Slice into bite-sized sushi rolls.
  • Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Notes

  • You can use Nutella instead of melted chocolate for a different flavor.
  • Toasting the marshmallows before rolling adds a smoky touch.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
