- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- 6 large marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce (for drizzling)
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add mini marshmallows. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispies cereal and crushed graham crackers until fully combined.
- Place the mixture onto parchment paper and flatten into a rectangle using a rolling pin.
- Spread melted chocolate over the surface.
- Line up large marshmallows along one edge and carefully roll the mixture into a log, sushi-style, using the parchment paper to help shape it.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set.
- Slice into bite-sized sushi rolls.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs before serving.
Notes
- You can use Nutella instead of melted chocolate for a different flavor.
