For the Brownies:
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
• 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
For the Topping:
• 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff (or marshmallow creme)
• 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 3-5 drops hot pink food coloring
For easier spreading, microwave the marshmallow fluff for 20–25 seconds before applying.
