- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine sliced bananas, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add milk, stirring until a dough forms.
- Pour the banana mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough on top of the bananas.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the cobbler.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the topping is golden and cooked through.
