Spinach Ravioli Lasagna is a quick and delicious twist on traditional lasagna. Made with layers of cheese-filled spinach ravioli, rich marinara sauce, and gooey melted cheese, this easy baked dish is perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner.
– 1 (20 oz) package frozen spinach and ricotta ravioli
– 2 cups marinara sauce
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 cups fresh spinach (optional, for extra greens)
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the dish.
3. Arrange a single layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce.
4. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the ravioli and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
5. Add fresh spinach (if using) and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
