This moist and tender loaf is swirled with a creamy cheesecake filling and studded with fresh strawberries. It’s a delightful treat for breakfast or dessert!
For the Loaf:
1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp (5g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, chopped
For the Cream Cheese Filling:
4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
Use frozen strawberries if fresh ones aren’t available.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
