- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb frozen meatballs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine BBQ sauce, ketchup, honey, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add frozen meatballs to the sauce. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Stir cooked pasta into the skillet with the meatballs and sauce. Mix well to coat.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
