Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 1 packet taco seasoning

– 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

– 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce

– 2 cups cooked spaghetti

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1/4 cup sliced green onions

– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (for garnish)

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

– For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or jalapeños to the beef mixture for some heat.

– You can use ground turkey or chicken as a leaner option instead of beef.

– Feel free to swap the cheddar cheese with Mexican blend or Monterey Jack cheese.
