- 2 green onions, chopped

- Aluminum foil, for wrapping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Foil Sheets: Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil and lay them flat.
- Season Chicken: Place a chicken breast in the center of each foil piece, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add Vegetables & Pineapple: Top each chicken breast with pineapple chunks, bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini slices.
- Drizzle with Sauce: Evenly pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
- Seal Packets: Fold the sides of the foil over the chicken and vegetables to create a sealed packet.
- Bake: Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish & Serve: Carefully open the foil packets (watch out for steam!) and garnish with green onions before serving.
