This refreshing Tropical Strawberry Mango Smoothie is bursting with fruity flavors! Made with fresh strawberries, sweet mango, creamy Greek yogurt, and a splash of coconut water, it’s the perfect healthy drink for breakfast or a midday snack. 

Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries

1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

1/2 banana

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup coconut water

1 tbsp honey (optional)

Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Add Ingredients to Blender:
  • Place strawberries, mango chunks, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut water, and honey (if using) into a blender.
  • Blend Until Smooth:
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Add Ice (Optional):
  • If desired, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  • Serve:
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen mango chunks and skip the ice.

Substitute almond milk or regular water for coconut water if preferred.

Add a handful of spinach or kale for an extra boost of nutrients.
