These Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels are a quick and delicious snack or appetizer. With savory turkey, creamy cream cheese, and a touch of sweet cranberry sauce, they are the perfect bite-sized treat for holiday parties or any time you need an easy, flavorful dish.  

Ingredients

– 4 large flour tortillas

– 1 cup cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

– 8 oz deli-sliced turkey breast

– 1 cup fresh spinach or arugula (optional)

– 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each tortilla, covering the entire surface.  

2. Spread a tablespoon of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese.  

3. Place the turkey slices over the cranberry sauce in an even layer.  

4. Optionally, add a layer of fresh spinach or arugula for extra crunch and flavor.  

5. Sprinkle a little Dijon mustard on top if you want a bit of tang.  

6. Roll the tortillas tightly, making sure all the fillings are wrapped securely.  

7. Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels.  

8. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.  

Notes

– You can substitute the turkey for chicken if preferred.  

– These pinwheels can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.  

– For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the cranberry sauce.  

– Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
